Damaged Products
All shipments are fully insured. Products damaged during shipping qualify for free exchanges. If you’re within our local delivery area, our delivery team will handle your order. Inspect your items upon arrival and, if damaged, you may refuse the delivery. We’ll reach out to arrange a replacement delivery. For freight deliveries, policies vary; please contact us for details.
Product Doesn’t Meet Your Needs
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to the store for return or cancellation information. Delivered and used products cannot be returned. Items must be free from cosmetic damage and may incur a 25% restocking fee if requirements aren’t met. Products that have been installed or attempted to be installed are not returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
For special orders, a 25% restocking fee may apply—even if the item hasn’t been delivered. Once delivered and unpackaged, special order items cannot be returned.
